How Custom & OEM Projects Start
A project can start from an existing product, drawing, sample, photo or application requirement. You do not need a complete technical specification before contacting us—the first step is to understand what you already have and what still needs to be defined.
For OEM, ODM and private-label programs, share your existing product reference, artwork or brand requirements where available. Product and brand-related requirements can then be reviewed together before sampling or order approval.
Once the product requirements are defined, the project can move into sampling, approval and manufacturing. Detailed production stages are covered on our Manufacturing page.
Specification Review & Approval
Before quotation, sampling or bulk production, the available product information is reviewed to identify what has already been defined and what still needs confirmation.
Depending on the project, the working reference may be an existing product, drawing, sample, photo or agreed specification. The objective is to establish a clear production reference before the order moves forward.
If specific inspection, testing or documentation requirements apply to your order, identify them during the review stage so they can be addressed separately before approval.
Confirm the Production Reference
Align the product, application, quantity and available drawing, sample or specification before quotation or production approval.
Clarify Open Requirements
If the specification is incomplete, start with the intended application and the information you already have. Our team can identify the details that still need to be confirmed.
Bulk Manufacturing & Order Coordination
Once the product or sample is approved, order information is organized for bulk production. The production reference, quantity, packing requirements, destination and any order-specific instructions should be confirmed before scheduling.
For repeat orders, the previously approved product reference can be used as the starting point. Any requested changes should be identified before the next production run so the revised requirements can be reviewed separately.
Packing and shipment preparation are coordinated according to the confirmed order requirements before dispatch.
